EV mode after oil change

EV mode after oil change
I've waited some time to write this post just to make sure that what I'am seeing is correct. Since my oil change, the TCH is much easier to drop into the EV mode and also to maintain it. Just wondering if others have noticed this with thier TCH.
(Oil changed at 3067 miles, used Mobil 1 5W20 and a Mobil 1 filter.)

Re: EV mode after oil change
I have yet to change the oil in my TCH so I can't help you there. I haven't found it difficult to get into EV mode especially when the car is warmed up. Maybe others that have had their car long enough will chime in about this.

I've always ran in the ECO mode. Just a thought, maybe it has to do with resetting the maintenance warning for the first time. Maybe the on board computer makes the car operate differently during the break-in period. Like I said , just a thought.

I bet it's coincidence. Temps are getting higher in WV so you'll naturally see more EV operation.
