06 FEH, Replaced Cabin Air Filter, Now Buzzing at higher speeds !?!
So I replaced my cabin air filter like normal, the only difference is I used a FRAM Fresh Breeze Filter, which is new to me (normally use micronAir).
I got everything back together, including that annoying plastic cover hidden in there and everything seemed fine till yesterday.
I was driving down the highway with the A/C on regular, fan position 2 and this buzzing sound began to come from under the dash, in the area where the filter is.
I noticed if I shut the A/C off, it would go away, or if I switched to recirc.
So I am assuming that I messed something up when changing the filter. I am going to pull everything out and check it again tonight, however just wanted to post in case someone else had the same issue.

The FRESH incoming airflow PRESSURE is forcing the new filter down into contact with the blower.
The faster you drive the more pressure will build up at the foot of the windshield, fresh air intake. In recirculate mode fresh airflow, pressure, is blocked.

If you can't correct it the best solution is to go back to OEM. In my job with a Law Enforcement agency, we found that the Fram Vehicle Air Filters did not have enough support under heavy acceleration. They would bow and allow dirt to enter the chamber.
