The sad fact of life is the people on these juries are our families and friends who get caught up in the emotion of the trial and tend to ignore the facts of the case. It amazes me that nobody is ever at fault anymore except the company with the most money. Cigarette makers, beer distributors, gun manufacturers get sued because someone misused a perfectly legal product.

And then we wonder why so much manufacturing is moved overseas and what product is still made here costs so much to purchase.

The dealer still better not screw with my car unless they ask me first. Could get ugly......I'll sue!
