It would be nice if they actually read what they posted before they actually put it out there:
"Buying a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid
Purchasing an older vehicle, such as the 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid, makes good financial sense. You're able to avoid the steep depreciation rates that occur with brand new vehicles. This essentially gives you the advantage of getting a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid for less money than when it was new. If the 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid was properly maintained, you also have a good chance of steering clear of problems that would have developed when the car was new....When you're ready to purchase a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid, be sure to check out our section on used cars. We have listings for thousands of models so it should be easy for you to find a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid that meets your needs. "

Re: 2009 FEH specs
I looked at an 09 on sunday and noticed the following differences on the particular model I was looking at from the 08s (in addition to engine/cover & RSC):
Ability to get Limited trim and other options instead of just hybrid packages (this one had painted grill, no chrome on front.)
Cloth seats are the darker "grey" color, including the plastic frame (not 2-tone, didn't like the look as well, but it will probably be MUCH easier to maintain).
Interior door panels have padded dark grey cloth in center above arm rests.
Wheel spoilers in front of the rear wheels are smaller than I expected.
Front spoiler below the bumper cover is quite a bit different.
Tail pipe sticks out from the bumper instead of mostly concealed.
Button for the sunroof may have auto-close in addition to auto-open (says auto), and is recessed.
RSC button in bottom center of dash as GaryG says, between USB/Sync port and power port.
Obnoxious (to me anyway) Microsoft Sync badge above gear shift.
No Escape badge on side, Hybrid logo and lettering similar to 07s and earlier on front doors (I want mine now).
Michelin Tires.
Invisible Shield/Paint Protection lower right hand side of rear doors.
Front Passenger "Panic" grab handle.
