Thank you for this posting. I am new to the world of hybrids. We purchased two used FEH's this past summer. We got an excellent price on them, but had to deal with the wrench issue on the 2007. I figured out how to permanently repair the Blend door actuator. I also diagnosed and replaced the electric water pump for the converter. This is the first problem I have faced with the 2005. I thought the heat was some sort of electric coil, so I never thought that there would be a third pump. Thanks again.
By the way - The issue with the blend door was do to a very poorly designed actuator. I am happy to provide the full details and the repair method for anyone who needs it. |
