Ford's Director of the hybrid program
This is old news but this link will reveal a photo and brief article of Nancy Gioia who is the head of Ford Motor Company's Sustainable Mobility Technologies and Hybrid Vehicle Programs. If I am not mistaken, she took over after Mary Ann Wright left Ford suddenly in 2005.

Mary Ann Wright was one of the neatest people I've ever met; she really impressed the socks off me at the FEH Experience.
