Frozen nav screen on 2009 FEHL
Has anyone experienced a frozen nav screen on their 2009 FEHL? I was using the nav and it told me to exit the highway and I ended a phone call at the same time. After that it was frozen. I pushed all the buttons and it did nothing. There was no noise coming from the radio since I had just ended a call. I turned off the car thinking it would reset it. But, that didn't work. I figured just disconnecting the battery to do a hard reset would work. I wasn't too far from my dealer so I drove over there. They said this happened to a new one on the lot and disconnecting the battery did not do it. They had to disassemble the dash and unplug power cable itself to reset. But, they tried disconnect the battery on mine to try and it worked. I just wanted to see if this has happened to anything and what causes it to do so.

I had something like this happen on my 1999 Miata with a Bose radio. None of the buttons would work and the radio even stayed on when the ignition was turned off. I disconnected the battery and reconnected. Problem was solved.
