+1 tire upsize?

Default +1 tire upsize?
has anybody noted an improvement in doing +1 upsize in tire size? with a +1 mph will be lower in the speedo but higher in actual mph. does it mean that EV will be 20mph in the speedo but actually 25mph in realtime?
