Cargo Net pegs for 2009

Re: Cargo Net pegs for 2009
I'm curious to know if we can install the cargo net in the Hybrid as well.
I used this type of setup all the time in my previous trucks. Keeps the milk from rolling around.
Mcdamron, were you able to figure this out out?

Don't we have the two "pegs" at the rear? For the fronts you can use any of the brackets that are in the floor for the third row seats. Sorry but I don't know where the pegs are on the other Tahoes.

CPMS: Yes, we do have the two triangle tie down thingys on the floor. What I'm curious to know, is the cargo net option the non-hybrids have.
If you open the back, half way up on the sides, you will see round indentations. In the non-hybrid, you can install some ***** and hang the cargo net from there. Kinda-like a hammock.
I don't see an easy way to install the *****, so I suspect it's not an option we can install. But what's misleading is the item doesn't say it can't be installed on the Hybrid.
Hmmm... Chris.

Chris, I see what you're talking about now. I agree that'd be a good option to keep stuff from moving around back there. Those triangle anchors won't offer too much help really.

OK, so I did take a risk and ordered the cargo net (~$40 from my local dealer).
I was a bit nervous drilling the holes, but everything worked out perfectly! You only need to drill out the plastic, as there are nut's ready to accept the round peg thingy that supports the net. Whew!
