Default Re: 2006 Civic Hybrid Warranty Question

I only just got mine back a couple days ago from getting its battery replaced, and only last night filled the tank back up again. Before the battery replacement I was getting about 35 mpg, what with the constant recals and no assist. The first 50 miles on this tank are about 40, but that included some pretty aggressive driving on the interstate last night and also it's single digit temps here, another good way to ruin your MPGs. And as harold suggested, I have not checked yet to see what the dealer did with my tire pressures.

Also, I know that if I were to drive 75+ on the interstate I would be feeling pretty lucky to get in the mid-to-upper thirties. At 65 to 70 I can get around 40 mpg maybe, on a good day, with no headwind.
