My car in that same Nav screen (let me know if you need to see a photo of it and I'll upload it for us or give you instructions on how to get there) the OE tires were spot on with the displayed speedometer and the Nav screen to within a few tenths (by the time my eye went from the speedo to the Nav screen it was within 1 or 2 tenths or close enough for me to call it identical). This is also the same with the winter tires mounted to a replacement set of identical-sized wheels.
