Congrats. I had the same lamp on after my heated seats were professionally installed. They sent the car to the dealership to reset the lamp. Turns out the cables weren't all completely reconnected.

So, triple check the connections. If that doesn't work, visit your dealer. Also to note, my installers trimmed the heating element so they were not directly on the sensors. The passengers right cheek doesn't get as much heat b/c of the "make sure the passenger isn't leaning on the door" sensor.

nf: Thanks. I will triple check all my connections in the event one did not click correctly. As for trimming the heating element area around the passenger right cheek, was this done by the installer initially and an SRS lamp still came on, or was this trimming done in an attempt to extinguish the lamp after "the first try"?

The trimming was done so the heating element did not fry the sensor.
