I agree. The day I was buying my '05, I got a sneak peek at the '06 brochure. By the looks of the slight redesign, I was glad I opted to get the '05. The front changed slightly, too. The small subdued chrome pieces in the grill are now larger. As well as the "H."

Yeah, it would have been nice to get a moonroof, LED tailights (but in the '05 style tail lamps), heated outside mirrors, and VSA... But then I would have had to wait several months (to get one) and pay several thousand more dollars!

Hmm, this gives me an idea for a new thread...

Thanks to all for the info. I am not sure it helped clear things up for us, we do like the new options. If only they would discount the 06, we would be thrilled.


We shall see in a few weeks when they start showing up. I guess by not making a decision, we are actually making a decision.

One thing nobody brought up was the notion of resale - I wonder how a hybrid will hold it's value in 5 years. The 06 may seem "newer" than the 05 - not sure if it actually matters, but an interesting thought.
