Are you talking about the XM radio. Yes, I have it activated, but I'm not aware of a card for it. I had to call XM to activate it. They provided the procedure.
If you are you talking about the PC Card, the video at (http://reviews.cnet.com/2007_Honda_A...7-6546742.html) tells about playing MP3 files on that PC card using the AUX button on the left side of the MFD.

I believe that article / newsclip is incorrect. For a Civic Hybrid Navi - yes, the card slot works. But for the HAH, it does not. According to what I've found, it is only used for loading data into the navigation system. I've tried it myself using the card out of my Civic and it will not play music no matter how many happy thoughts I put into it. :-)
