My 2006 HCH II is a Lemon! Transmission gone bad.

Re: My 2006 HCH II is a Lemon! Transmission gone bad.
Well, the car has been running flawlessly since the transmission was replaced last week, and I still love driving it.
My biggest concern is the lack of transparency by American Honda Automobile. My service tech informed me that several 2006 and 2007s have had their transmissions replaced in their dealership alone, and yet I wasn't aware of this at all. The farting noise has definitely been fixed with the brake system part replacement. Throughout all of my repair orders, I've had to dog the dealership about whether parts had arrived as per ordered, whether my problems were "out of the blue" or had been experienced by other HCH II owners (I built enough trust with my particular service tech to get the true story in each instance), and even failure to diagnose problems even after repeated visits.
I know a "lemon" is under the lemon laws of most states, but when I've had approximately half of the cost of original purchase price in repairs done (all under warranty), it doesn't seem like a good piece of fruit. Car and Driver magazine does total cost of repairs (warranty or not) in its 30,000 mile review of many vehicles. If they had had my particular car, then I don't think Honda would have been happy with the negative publicity.
