Wow, it was 76 yesterday. Thought it was a good time to sit by the pool with a beer.

Hi all,

Jeff, thanks for the kind words! I knew Edmonton was colder than Montreal

Keith, 76! I wish! But then again, you can't do snow angels

Don, 70 is what, 21C. That's a normal summer's day here!

Cheers,
Stephane.

I guess us Canadians do not need or want (supply - demand) the luxury of automatic trunk release . I kinda miss it and dont understand the logic of having a different fob south of the border.

Cheers!

True. But by next month, I'll be able to drive 120 miles north of here (Flagstaff, AZ) and go play in the snow with my 4WD Escape.

We Americans are too obese to bend over to open the trunk.

I can say that cause I really am overweight now.

I see the Canadian Acura CSX (which is pretty much the same basic car as the Civic) has "remote entry system with panic feature and trunk release." Curious why Canadian Civics are being singled out.

On another note, the Canadian Civic brochure has "Keyless Answerback" in the DX-G trim (and up?). What's that?

Keyless answerback.

It "beeps" the horn if you push the lock button twice. Marketing speak
