This comes from the June edition of the Japanese auto mag "Best Car". This is just an artist's representation. Pic comes from VTEC.net which is linked below.

I saw a very similar picture of the 2008 Prius in Autoexpress about a month or two back, but it looked real (ie not an artists mockup). Same wheels too.
