Default Seeking TCH emisions sticker information

I bought my 2007 TCH before any dealer preparation had been done. Part of that dealer prep is to put on a sticker that shows information on emissions information, and compares it to other (average?) vehicles. Does anyone here have that information? My recollection is that the lower the number, the better for the environment. This is different than the number I found on the EPA site (via searching here).

I am looking for the number for both the TCH and the average vehicle. I would also like to know the units used (tons carbon dioxide per year, or what?).

Thanks in advance.

Is this a California specific thing? Mine had no such information.

This info was on the normal window sticker:

Camry Hybrid Information:
Estimated MPG 40/38 (city/highway)
This can range from 34-46 city and 32-44 highway.

Average rating for midsize cars range from:
10-60 mpg city
16-51 mpg highway

Mine did not have anything regarding actual emissions.

Mine has a P-ZEV sticker in the left rear window (no data, just an indicator it's a partial zero emissions vehicle), and there was no other data on the price sticker regarding emissions.

Mine had a sticker on the left rear window that said:
"Smog emissions information
The Smog Index of this vehicle is...:0.09
The Smog Index of the average new vehicle is...:0.40"

That is the information I was looking for. Thanks a bunch.

I don't know if this is a California thing or not, but I do know that I am in California.

yup -- definitely a state-specific thing.

Here in Georgia, they should put an extra sticker on the car that says: "Warning: This car will probably FAIL the emissions inspection, because Georgia's equipment is too STUPID to know that the car is a PZEV"

I'm sure you've heard the stories about Priuses (hmm, is is Priuses or Priii?) failing emissions here because they actually SHUT DOWN the emissions testing machine, which makes them automatically fail the test. So be glad you live in a state that GETS IT.

Interesting. I had not heard the stories. Thanks for sharing. And yes, I am glad. I also think it is kinda cool that other states adopt California emission standards. That is a very convenient shortcut.
