Can't tell you if the part will have leather, but it is sturdy. Only thing I didn't like was the weak detent which holds it in position.

You can order the sliding armrest with or without leather and ash or bisque depending on what interior you have.
I have the Toyota part number for the ash non-leather sliding armrest. 58905-06180-B0
For me it was well worth the $200 for the extra four inches of arm support, but I drive over 2000 miles/month. Your opinion may be different.
