Saabsurt, maybe you posted to the wrong thread? There is a discussion on this forum about the topic you just posted about, but this one is about oil changes... .
However, your random post caused me to look at this discussion again and as a follow-up, I've since moved to Sunnyvale, 7 hours north of where I used to live. I went to Toyota Sunnyvale reluctantly and they charged me just $35 for an oil change with synthetic 5w-30 and they even filled my tires to 42/40.
Makes me wonder what that other dealership thought they had going for them.

. . . So as a car owner I take this warning by heart never want my Saab parts esp.my Saab timing belt to have some defect...

Saabsurt is a troll who finds a way to reply to any post with the word "Saab" in it. He/she responded to this thread because someone mentioned Saab, and to my original introductory post for the same reason. Both were stale threads when he/she posted. You will note that his post was totally irrelevant, although not particularly offensive.
