You didn't identify your normal "cold" inflation or what it was lowered to.

The correct inflation should be
1. Checked at least once a month
2. Checked when "cold" - not driven on for at least 2 hrs and not in direct sun
3. NEVER set below the manufacturers placard inflation
4. You can run + a few psi but NEVER above the Max on the sidewall of the tire
5. Use an accurate digital gauge that reads to the half pound.
6. If ambient temperature changes by more than 20 degrees be sure to re-check and adjust the infl.
