Troll: feeding Msantos

Bob:
I couldn't even stand to read the rest of your repugnant post. To even put the word troll and msantos in the same sentence is beyond belief!
What is it that you find so repulsive about hypermiling. Is it that you can't come up with an analytical calculation to technically quantify the practice?
If not, you need to do a bit more experimenting.
I normally do NOT rant like this, but you have insulted someone that has garnered great respect in the engineering field, automotive fuel conservation, and as well as someone I consider a friend.
Please consider reviewing what you posted and consider a third party "read" to see how the demeanor of your post could be construed by others.

Friend of "troll" and I guess you might as well throw me in that category.

"Anything Goes Politics, life, gadgets, people... gobbledygook."
To me this fell into the category of gobbledygook.
Sorry, but it struck me as unprofessional, and inappropriate for a moderator.
As for the updated database, it is rather unfortunate and hopefully some effort will be redirected into either making it more user-friendly or restoring it to its previous format.

Re: Troll: feeding Msantos
Yes, he was better behaved here as were many of the others who left to form CleanMPG. This web site has history of being intolerant of personal attacks and will shutdown anyone who attacks another person's character in a heartbeat. Folks here can agree to disagree but we don't have to be disagreeble.
Good! I have no doubt that he has some skill with his vehicle.

maybe is just me but it sounds funny that you say all this stuff bout personal attacks then attack the guy the way you did here. dont get me wrong but I dont care if you and the other dude spinner hate the guy but hes done more for saps like me than you or spinner.
yeah, he's got skill. I saw msantos getting way over 90mpg on a prius on tv last year. someone here saw him on tv too getting 80+ mpg on a HCH. I think he owns a buch of hybrids and the guy knows his stuff and does not mind sharing the goods.
why do you think I got my hybrid? My sister in law bought a Prius too because of him.
anyways like the others said, this ranting looks sick and unfair

Re: Troll: feeding Msantos
May I suggest we bring this thread to a close? No blame placed on other side; let's just let it die.
