Well, figure you will keep it for 5 years... So that's 1400/year. I bet you could find a place to store it down in FL and rent a truck or pay someone to drop it in the water for that...

Not to mention, towing even with the right equipment is tough on it. For the difference in economy, and the extra $7k you could prolly sell the boat, rent one each time you go down there, and if you drive your FEH, you will get 50+ mpg to boot! And STILL come out ahead!
Didn't anyone ever tell ya that boats are holes in the water in which you throw your money ;-)

If a Hybrid drive train was not an issue......we would not be comparing the Highlander with the Escape. Even the govt classifies the Highlander as a "Mid-size" SUV and the Escape as a "Small SUV".(for towing and space and numerous other considerations) The more apt comparison would be the Highlander with the Explorer (or Freestyle).
