Default Removing IMA Battery and Bridging Generator 144v to dc - dc 12v converter

Will this solve my low 12volt power while idling problems?

No.

idle output of IMA motor is too low to drive the DC-DC converter. With HV system fault, unregulated output of the IMA motor is only in range between about 1500 and 3500rpm.
