Regarding damaging the finish, the emailed confirmation makes mention of the need to occasionally clean under it:
"Thank you for your order from Magnetbra.com. Your bra will go out today
and should take 2 to 4 days to arrive.
A few tips for installing it:
The bra should be warm or hot before you unroll it. Put it near a heat
source overnight, or put it in the sun for a while.
The bra and car should be perfectly clean.
Check under the bra for water after a car wash or heavy rain and dry it
if necessary. Other than that all the maintenance required is to wipe
under the bra with a damp cloth every month or so.
Complete instructions are included with the bra. Please email if you
have questions. Thanks again.

Let us know how easy it is to install and how much you like it. I think that white on white will look very nice (won't even be able to tell it's there).
I may consider purchasing one if you find that it is everything they say it is.

Hi all,
The Magnet Bra I ordered arrived in 2 days. I installed it this afternoon and took a few photos to share. Overall I'm quite pleased with it... it was a reasonable price, it was simple to put on the car (took all of 2 minutes working slowly), and I think it looks great.
Only time will tell how well it holds up and whether or not it harms the paint. The instructions warn to clean under the bra periodically.
Best regards,
John L.

The Magnet Bra web site says you can custom paint it to match your car. I'll bet black would look nice on silver though.
