i do have a set TPMS out of 07 with less than 2000 miles for $320 + shipping if anyone need it

Follow the service manual! Oil doesn't wear out but the additives do. Oil additives include a viscosity inhibitor and detergents. Viscosity inhibitors keep your oil in the proper viscosity range and detergents keep contaminants including condensation water in suspension. You want to drain this gunk regularly and put in fresh oil to keep your engine performance up.
