I don't know of any, but I'll keep an eye out for them.
We purchased the 2001 repair manuals when we got our Prius, and it was bloody expensive. I guess it's a tonne of man-hours that goes into making those manuals that makes them so pricey, and considering a repair shop would be making money from the info in them, it's not a big supprise when you see the big picture. We intend to keep our car long time, so we thought it would be of great value later in the car's lifespan when the repair manuals are harder to obtain. It's also interesting because it tells you all the secrets, like the diagnostic touchscreen menus and how to add new keys to the car.
You may be able to download most, or all of it for $10 at the Toyota website http://techinfo.toyota.com/
There's some discussion about using scripts and stuff like that to gather all the files quicker:
