Hey there, looks good.
It would not help me as a kid though.
Watching TV ( okay, before DVD we had hand-held video games ) or even reading in a car gives me motion sickness. I always have to watch the horizon. I wonder how many kids today have motion sickness when watching TV? This occurs when your brain does not "see" what your brain "feels" and things get out of sync. ???

I could remember reading in the car when I was younger (teens) no problem, but no way can I do that today. My kids seem to have no problem at all, even in city driving when we turn left/right stop/go all the time.

The price for the two 7" clarion vma-719 was $299 a piece.
Installation of both headrest was $199.
Installation of DVD player (Under front passenger seat) $59.
Power filter $19.
FM modulator $19.
XO Vision DX101 dvd player $149.

keeping the kids quiet - priceless.

I would guess the reason is that younger eyes have more flexible lenses and stronger focusing muscles. Both fade as we get older so us old folks have eyes that don't like adjusting their focus all the time over all the bumps and movement.
