You would need to disassemble the pack and individually test 50 5 cell sticks for capacity, internal resistance and self discharge.

It can be also used to grid charge if you provide an external cooling source. I've done it many times by removing the battery cover and laying a box fan on top of the battery to blow air down through the cells. 24 hours of charging is needed.
