BlueVFRank I think you didn't understand the concept. It's the MPG not the MPH you must try to have the highest.

lol, are you excited cause you hit 120 mph in a HCH 2 or 120 mph in general? 120 really isnt anything to jump up and down about, in my heads and cam 2002 Z06 I could hit 120 MPH in the quarter mile alone, and 180 top end. My 99 suzuki hayabusa now, that thing was insane. How about 150 mph in the quarter mile to a 9.56 sec pass? No BS. That thing was making 200 rwhp, and weighed 470 lbs. I managed 195 mph on it more than once, which took a measured half a mile from 100 mph. 180 rwhp from 1.3 liters naturally aspirated.

Perhaps. But he keeps talking about his almighty cars and speeds all the time....the same statements are peppered all over the forum over and over again.

What I think is cool and funny is that this HCH doing 191km/hr for a while probably burned less fuel (and tires) than one 1/4 mile run down the dragstrip in a muscle car. In addition, the HCH was going somewhere....

what mileage are you getting in normal day to day driving ? I'm at an overall (!) of 6.9 liter per 100 km over the first 2500 KM,
that is a MEASLY 35 MPG for you in the U.S.
I'm hoping it will improve but a lot of short rides, a lot fo stop-and-go is basically bad circumstances for getting high FE

But i'm running on 17inch rims with sticky tires so that might make some difference. I believe the real killer is our high speeds on the highway. 100 kph or 120 / 140 really makes a big difference. But i love my car and i'm no going to change my riding style, like a lot of the Prius riders do in the Nehterlands
