Rust proofing..is it worth it?

Re: Rust proofing..is it worth it?
Yeah salt isn't good for cars, plus what we get in the winter is usually washed off when it rains the day after. In any case it's not like we're getting a cheaper vehicle. The HCHII costs almost £18k (nearly $29k) so the rust proofing is probably included in the price :-/

It's definitely worth doing as most Ontario roads are heavily slated.
I just had my HCH-II rust proofed at Krown for $125 incl. tax. and they threw in a can of the T40 spray for touch-ups.
