The dealer told us it would be a flat $3000. I really should stop listening to the dealer...

Which dealer? Or, if you would rather not say - what part of Colorado?

It was actually my local Honda dealer that gave me the link for Hybrid Tax Credit in Colorado.

The dealers don't know what the credit will be. Even the Dept. of Revenue doesn't know what it will be until they finish calculations for the various hybrid vehicles that are not on the current list. At least they are not saying anything publicly at this point.

[QUOTE=TCH2007;101728]A queston for Colorado TCH owners: Has anyone found confirming information that the TCH will qualify for a tax credit in 2006? I found this link http://www.revenue.state.co.us/fyi/html/income09.html, but the Camry is not included.

The Colorado Dept. of Revenue has now posted an update to their Alternative Fuel Income Tax Credit. The Camry Hybrid qualifies for a $2,265 credit.

Can I move in with you until I file my return?

I bet even a partial year credit would be larger than the 10% of the federal credit I'll get here in Virginia.

You wouldn't like the arrangement!! Your Camry would have to sit outside and you would have to share a bedroom with our 3 Shih-Tzu's.
