I actually picked her up last night...had to wait for the windows to be tinted (a must have for me).

She's almost identical to the 07. Except the 09 has a slightly different grill (how to we put air dampers on that?) as well as bluetooth and a USB connection for ipods or flash drives.

I feel like I'm home again!!

 

Congrats on you second HCHII - don't forget to update you profile to indicate a 2009 model. What color did you get - mines the new pearl white, my 2007 was the silver grey.

I love my 2009. I have a USB 8gb memory stick with my music on it. - It is wonderful. You have VSA and TPMS on your new baby that was not on your 2007.

This is my second HCHII also but the 1st to claim a refund on. $525 is all we get to claim for buying in 4th quarter of 2008. If you buy tomorrow you get $0 for tax credit on a HCHII.

 

Mine is the same silver with blue interior...would have liked a white one but there wasn't one in the five state area (the dealers all said they were sold, hmmm).

But I'm happy.

Did get the extended warranty this time... the battery isn't covered as well on the 09 manufacturers warranty as it was on the 07. I'm intrigued by the bluetooth (have a little studying to do) and the USB. But I'll probably stick with the PC card for my music.

There are 12 pearl whites HCHII in the area but only 1 shows navi ( it also has leather ) it is in Dallas - it might be sold the leathers are not staying in stock for more than a day or two.

My local dealer has 3 pearl whites bit none have navi. 1 blue navi, 2 silver navi, 2 black navi, 1 magnetic pearl mavi and 1 polished metalic navi in stock. My salesman says he has orders for every leather hybrid they expect to get for the next 3 months. Honda only expected to sell 2% leather navi 6% leather 8% navi the rest non-navi non-leather HCH units.

The dealers have to order cars months in advance - when they ordered the current hybrids gas was 3.88 / gal. now that it is below 1.50 hybrids are not selling as well as they were 5 months ago.

The battery is 100% warrantied for 36 mo./36,000 miles after that it is prorated from 50 or 60% down to 10% over the next 5-7 years.
